National average price of gasoline falls

first_imgAccording to the latest cross-country survey the national average price of gasoline fell in the past week by 1.2 cents/litre. That puts it at 103.1 cents, which is 6.8 cents less than the common posted price for a regular litre in Fort St. John.- Advertisement -The national average is also 3.3 cents higher than it was this time last year, but the local price is only a cent and a half above the comparable 2009 price.The 60-city monitor by Calgary-based MJ Ervin and Associates still shows Vancouver with the highest current price at 118.8 cents.Windsor, Ontario is now at the low end of survey with a price of 92.7 cents/litre.last_img
